Returns and Refunds

Most items in this shop are one‑of‑a‑kind, handmade pieces created individually in my workshop.
Because of the custom and unique nature of this work, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order — such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item — please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help make it right.

Photos may be required for damage claims.

What is NOT eligible for return or exchange

• One‑of‑a‑kind handmade items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
• Items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery
• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned or separated from other materials

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:
• the item arrives damaged, or
• the wrong item was sent

refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

Returning Goods (only if approved)

If a return is authorized due to damage or an incorrect item:
• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item
• Use an insured, trackable shipping service
